DC O'Reilly
Deanna O’Reilly is a seasoned event producer with over fifteen years experience in live events and film production. She currently manages annual portfolios of corporate conferences and tradeshows across Canada and the US with operating budgets in excess of $250,000, where she has successfully developed and executed multiple financially profitable events in a variety of industries.
Deanna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management and is credited in film, TV, music videos and commercial productions. Her expertise includes event design, project management and budget evaluation. Originally from London, England, she now resides in Toronto.
In 2025, Deanna co-founded Auld Sod Fims with award-winning director Gregory Breen, after bonding over both their shared love of film and their shared heritage across the pond.
Gregory Breen
Gregory Breen is an award-winning film director and writer, from Dublin, Ireland now based in Toronto.
Greg’s short films Steven Myershcmidt Bites the Big One, For God and Ulster, Clara and Journeys have screened at festivals in North America and Europe. He directed his debut feature film, The Long Night in 2018 and recent shorts PREY and Barbarians have allowed him to explore a long-time interest in horror and thriller cinema. Greg has also directed for the stage, with successful productions of Roddy Doyle’s play Brownbread and John B Keane’s Many Young Men of Twenty for the Toronto Irish Players.
A lifelong love of the movies pushed Greg to study cinema once he moved from Ireland. He received a Bachelor of Film and Media Production form Humber College in Toronto and a Master of Arts in Media Production from Toronto Metropolitan University. Greg is also active in the Toronto film community. He is a board member at Charles Street Video and served on the Jury for the Toronto Irish Film Festival in 2024.
In 2025, after bonding over their shared love of film and shared heritage, Greg co-founded Auld Sod Films Inc, with Deanna O’Reilly.
